Cleansing Plan

You should begin the following three steps cleansing routine:

Wash with Facial Soap

Soap will remove your makeup and daily accumulation of dirt quite easily. Choose you soap carefully. Use a facial soap that is specially formulated for oily, normal, dry or combination skin. When cleaning your skin, don’t make the mistake of scrubbing hard with soap and a face cloth to get rid of the oil on your face. In many cases you will aggravate the skin, causing it to produce more oil. Vigorous scrubbing is not good for anyone s skin, tugging, rubbing, and pulling weakness the structure and invites lines and wrinkles. To finish washing, be sure to rinse thoroughly. Rinse and rinse again to remove as much of the soap residue as possible. Wash your face every morning and before you go to bed.

Cleanse with a Facial Cleanser

After your skin is washed with soap, it’s not really clean. Take a look at the residue left behind on your shower tiles. That’s what remains when you wash something with soap? The same kind of buildup can settle in your open pores after you wash your face. That’s why you need to use a cleanser after you use soap. A good facial cleanser penetrates the skin and cleans out any remaining dirt or makeup left behind after washing. Water based and oil free gel cleanser is extremely efficient on black skin. Look for products billed as milder, gentler, soap free, or moisturizing. They rinse well and leave virtually no residue. Use a cleansing cream twice a day.

Moisturize

Moisturizer, applied in the morning, is a wonderful skin protector. It forms a barrier between your skin and makeup. It protects against the harshness of weather, it infuses skin with replenishing moisture, and it can contain a sunscreen to protect against harmful sun rays. Whether or not you are wearing makeup, you should be wearing a moisturizer every day, no matter your skin type. Even if you have combination or oily skin, don’t skip this step. The right moisturizer would not make your skin look more oily or shiny. Choose oil free, water based moisturizer formulated not to clog pores; this is usually a lotion that is light and non greasy. This kind of moisturizer will protect your skin without adding oil. Unless you have dry skin, you don’t need to apply a moisturizer after you cleanse your face at night.
